International Key Account Sales Manager
Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage key overseas accounts, leading system integrators, government and enterprise clients, and research institutions. Focus on the sales of complete robotic systems, solutions, and customized projects, with responsibility for annual contract value and revenue collection targets.
2. Manage the full sales cycle independently, from lead generation, customer needs assessment, technical coordination, and solution development to commercial negotiation, contract signing, order delivery, payment collection, and after-sales issue resolution.
3. Identify opportunities for repeat purchases, upselling, and project upgrades, build long-term strategic partnerships, and develop flagship customer cases in overseas markets.
4. Work closely with R&D, pre-sales, and after-sales teams to drive customer testing, POC projects, implementation, acceptance, and delivery from end to end.
5. Monitor overseas industry trends, competitor activities, and market policies; provide customer insights and recommendations for sales strategy optimization; and regularly prepare sales reviews and market reports.
6. Participate in overseas exhibitions, technology seminars, and customer visits, while building relationships with key accounts and strengthening the company’s credibility and brand presence.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2–5 years of overseas key account sales experience in robotics, automation, smart hardware, or AI-related products. Experience in humanoid robots, service robots, or industrial robotics projects is preferred.
2. Fluent in English, with the ability to independently conduct business communications, solution presentations, and negotiations in English, both online and offline.
3. Solid understanding of B2B key account sales in overseas markets. Experience working with government and enterprise clients, universities, research institutions, or system integrators is preferred. Proven ability to independently drive large projects from initial opportunity to successful implementation.
4. Basic understanding of robotic technologies and solution architecture, with the ability to develop basic solutions and address customers’ technical questions.
5. Strong results orientation, resilience, and excellent skills in commercial negotiation, needs analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. A clean professional record is required.
6. Willingness to travel internationally for short-term business trips and work across time zones.
International Channel Manager (Overseas Distributor & Partner Network)
Responsibilities
1. Build, develop, recruit, and manage the company’s global overseas channel network, including agents, distributors, and strategic partners, and establish a standardized international channel system.
2. Develop channel recruitment policies, tiering structures, incentive programs, partner qualification criteria, and performance-based entry and exit mechanisms.
3. Manage existing overseas channel partners through regular enablement, sales performance management, inventory monitoring, price control, prevention of unauthorized cross-regional sales, and territory management.
4. Enable channel partners through product training, sales toolkits, solution support, and marketing materials, helping them expand local markets and convert opportunities into sales.
5. Track channel sales performance, partner activity, and productivity across regions; conduct regular channel reviews; strengthen high-performing partnerships and phase out underperforming partners.
6. Gather market feedback and competitor channel strategies from different regions, develop channel optimization recommendations, and work with Country Managers / Regional Directors to improve market penetration.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2–4 years of experience in overseas channel development or channel management within robotics, automation, smart hardware, or related industries.
2. Fluent in English, with the ability to independently conduct channel negotiations, contract discussions, and day-to-day communication with overseas partners.
3. Strong understanding of overseas channel business models, including channel policy design, distributor management, and partner enablement systems.
4. Strong capabilities in commercial negotiation, resource integration, and operational management, with a structured and standardized approach to execution.
5. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use performance data to optimize channel quality and improve partner productivity.
6. Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to manage multiple regions and partners simultaneously and work effectively across time zones.
International Brand Manager (Overseas Brand & Marketing)
Responsibilities
1. Lead the development of the company’s overseas brand positioning, visual identity, and brand architecture, while adapting brand communication to the cultural preferences and communication habits of markets including Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
2. Lead overseas marketing activities, including international exhibitions, digital marketing, media campaigns, social media operations such as LinkedIn and YouTube, PR, and industry partnerships, to strengthen brand awareness and credibility.
3. Develop standardized overseas marketing materials, including English product brochures, solution decks, corporate videos, posters, website content, and sales enablement materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging across markets.
4. Plan and execute overseas brand activities, including technology seminars, partner summits, customer events, and international product launches, to increase brand awareness and industry influence.
5. Develop flagship customer cases, customer testimonials, industry awards, and international media coverage to build differentiated brand positioning and support sales and channel growth.
6. Track overseas marketing trends and competitor strategies; develop annual overseas brand and marketing budgets and plans; and measure and optimize marketing performance.
7. Work closely with sales and channel teams to provide front-line marketing support and address their needs for customer-facing materials, brand assets, and third-party credibility.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 2–4 years of overseas brand marketing or international marketing experience in B2B technology, robotics, AI, smart hardware, or related industries.
2. Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to independently create and review English-language content and materials and communicate with international media.
3. Solid understanding of B2B brand building and marketing in overseas markets, particularly in industrial products, smart hardware, and technology. Hands-on experience with exhibitions, international social media, and PR is preferred.
4. Strong capabilities in brand strategy, event planning and execution, and marketing asset development, with a good eye for visual quality, clear logic, and strong execution skills.
5. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to understand front-line sales needs and use brand and marketing resources to support business growth.
6. Creative thinker with strong awareness of trends in the global technology industry and the ability to independently plan, execute, and evaluate marketing initiatives.
Country Director (Overseas Country / Regional Business Head)
Responsibilities
1. Take full ownership of the overall business performance of the assigned country or region, including annual sales, profitability, market share, channel coverage, and brand presence.
2. Develop the annual market and business strategy for the assigned country or region, covering key account sales, channel development, localized brand marketing, and product localization.
3. Coordinate key account sales, channel development, and localized marketing activities across the region; optimize the allocation of sales and marketing resources and establish an effective operating rhythm.
4. Conduct in-depth analysis of local policies, industry ecosystems, customer structures, competitor presence, market access requirements, and localization and compliance requirements, and develop market entry and growth strategies.
5. Build relationships with local industry associations, government and enterprise organizations, and leading system integrators; develop high-level business networks, secure flagship projects, and establish sustainable competitive advantages in the market.
6. Own the regional budget, resource allocation, and risk management, and resolve major commercial issues, channel conflicts, and complex project challenges.
7. Report business performance, market insights, and strategic plans to headquarters; translate corporate strategy into local execution and lead the regional team to achieve business growth targets.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3–8 years of experience managing overseas business operations in robotics, automation, AI, smart hardware, or related industries. Proven experience taking full ownership of a country or regional business is preferred.
2. Fluent in English, with the ability to conduct high-level commercial negotiations, government and enterprise engagement, and international business development independently.
3. Proven track record in managing overseas markets, with strong knowledge of key account sales, channel development, and localized brand marketing.
4. Strong understanding of B2B technology business models in overseas markets, with the ability to independently develop regional strategies, execute business plans, and resolve complex business challenges.
5. Excellent leadership, resource integration, business relationship management, and risk management skills, with a strong results-driven mindset.
6. Comfortable working according to the pace and requirements of overseas markets. Willingness to travel frequently and, where required, work on a long-term local basis.
7. Existing relationships with local robotics industry players, government and enterprise organizations, or channel partners are highly preferred.
